Will my jewelry tarnish?

All Our Lady Jewelry pieces are made with gold-filled, anti-tarnish finishes. When worn and stored with care, they will not tarnish. However, pieces that are worn daily or in water may tarnish with time and use. Please follow the Jewelry Care instructions that come with your order to avoid tarnishing.

Can I get a different chain on a necklace?

All necklaces have been carefully paired with a coordinating chain that matches the color and style of the pendant. However, if you prefer a different style chain or need a different length not offered on the product listing, please reach out to me and I will be happy to modify your necklace.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

All pieces will be packaged in a white box and Our Lady Jewelry card insert (as shown in the product images). They are ready to gift. Custom box inserts are available for gifts and can be found here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will usually take 7-10 days to ship.
